Terms and Conditions
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not your roofing contract — that is a separate written agreement with Southern Construction.
This Website Is Information, Not Advice
The pages here explain roofing in general terms for Central Florida homeowners. They do not replace an on-site roof assessment, a written scope of work, a signed contract, permit requirements, or professional judgment about your specific roof. Do not make a repair-or-replace decision based on this website alone.
Who You Are Contracting With
Apopka Roof Company is the name under which Southern Construction serves the Apopka market. Any binding agreement, permit, and warranty names Southern Construction as the contractor. Southern Construction confirms which services are available for your property.
Estimates and Pricing
Any price ranges or cost indicators on this site are general guidance only. Your actual price depends on your roof’s size, pitch, complexity, existing layers, deck condition, and material selection. Only a written estimate issued after an assessment is a real number, and it is valid for the period stated on the document itself.
No Guarantee of Insurance Outcomes
We can document damage we observe and provide a repair estimate. We are not public adjusters and we do not negotiate insurance claims. Nothing on this site is a promise that an insurer will approve or pay any claim.
Accuracy and Changes
We work to keep this site accurate, and we correct errors when we find them. Content, service descriptions, and availability may change without notice. Where this site conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.
Third-Party Links
This site links to related companies and outside resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of websites we do not operate.
