What to Do Right After a Storm
From the ground, look for shingles in the yard, dented vents, hanging gutters, and branches on the roof. Inside, check ceilings and closets for new stains. Take photos of anything you see — safely, from the ground. Do not climb a wet or damaged roof.
Clear Roof Records
We can note the damage we see, photograph it, and give you a cost estimate for the repair. We do not promise your insurance will pay, and we are not a public adjuster. What we provide is honest documentation you and your insurer can work from.
Beware of Storm-Chasing Sales
After big storms, out-of-town crews often canvass Central Florida neighborhoods promising free roofs. Be careful with anyone who asks you to sign over your claim or pressures you on the doorstep. A local contractor with a Florida address and a written estimate protects you better.
Temporary Protection
If your roof has an open spot, tarping or a temporary patch can limit water damage while permanent repairs are planned. Tell us if water is actively coming in — that changes the urgency and the plan.
